Below D.P.C. complete R.C.C. beams will be provided for uniform distribution of load to avoid cracks.
RCC roof structure using IS standards grade concrete and steel as per IS -456-2002 code. Supported on 9"thick brick masonry.
Foundation work and brick work done to bear the load of future construction on two upper floors.
Plaster as per specification IS Code. |

Marble Flooring will be provided in Drawing dining, lobby, bed rooms, kitchen, store etc.
Front and Back coat yard, balconies, stair will be provided with kota stone.

POP cornice and moulding as per architectural design. |

| KITCHEN |
Complete wood work below shelf area fitted with kitchen accessories like steel drawer, cabinet etc.
Wood work above shelf area upto height of 7 feet from D.P.C. will be provided for storage.
Electric Chimeny above the burner space. Double bowl of 1mm thick stainless steel sink. |

| TERMITE TREATMENT |
Anti termite treatment will be provided starting from digging till final woodwork. All wooden work will be provided with anti termite treatment. |

| GLAZED TILES |
Bathroom walls will be provided with glazed printed tiles upto height of 7 feet from D.P.C.
Necessary tiles will be provided in kitchen. |

1000 liters of overhead water tank will be provided. |

Exterior walls on front side will be provided with weather shield coating.
